Return Policy
Returns
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in substantially the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned securely packaged and, where applicable, in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us for return instructions.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, except where an exemption applies under applicable law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request through our EU Withdrawal Request form within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable insurance, duties, taxes, customs fees, and other associated charges, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Items must be returned securely packaged and in substantially the same condition as received. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and condition of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return, refund, exchange, or withdrawal where permitted by applicable law:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Custo-made or personalized items created to the customer's specifications
- Items that have been modified, altered, damaged or used after delivery
- Any profucts otherwise exempt under applicable law
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
For EU withdrawal requests, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refund. Sale items are not eligible for refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange, please email us at sacredgoddessnyc@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

If you are returning a fragile crystal, carving, skull, sphere, or mineral specimen, we strongly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping service. Sacred Goddess Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
