Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
During major sales events, live sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Please refer to the tracking information provided by the carrier for the most current delivery status.
Shipping Protection
Optional Route Shipping Protection may be available at checkout.
Customers who purchase Route protection should submit claims directly through Route for eligible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Sacred Goddess Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, theft, weather-related delays, customs delays, or damage occurring during transit.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, VAT, customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local jurisdiction.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Open Box Orders
Customers wishing to combine multiple purchases into a single shipment may use code OPENBOX at checkout when available.
Shipping charges will be collected when the open box is ready to ship.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
