Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, customs duties, VAT, import fees, brokerage fees, and other taxes imposed by their local jurisdiction.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. Sacred Goddess Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, theft, or damage during transit.

Optional Route Shipping Protection is available at checkout. If you purchase Route protection and experience an issue with your shipment, please file a claim directly through Route.

Payment Options

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, except for custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, undamaged, and in substantially the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable insurance, duties, taxes, customs fees, and associated charges.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Wholesale Orders

Select items may be available for wholesale purchase. Please contact us directly for availability and pricing.

Gift Packaging

If your purchase is intended as a gift, please leave a note with your order. We will be happy to package your item in a gift box when available.

Crystal & Mineral Information

Crystals, minerals, fossils, meteorites, carvings, and other natural materials are unique products of nature. Variations in color, pattern, inclusions, fractures, druzy pockets, growth features, and natural imperfections are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.

Measurements, dimensions, and weights are approximate.

Product photos and videos are considered part of the item description. Please review all images carefully before purchasing.

Care Instructions

Many minerals and gemstones require special care.

• Amethyst, Citrine, Fluorite, Kunzite, and certain other minerals may fade with prolonged sun exposure.
• Selenite, Satin Spar, Halite, and other water-soluble minerals should be kept dry.
• Avoid exposing specimens to extreme heat, moisture, chemicals, or sudden temperature changes.
• Handle carvings, skulls, clusters, and delicate mineral specimens with care, as they may be fragile.

Jewelry Care

Some jewelry may be crafted with sterling silver, gold-plated silver, brass, copper, or other metals that may naturally tarnish over time.

To extend the life of your jewelry:

• Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
• Store jewelry in a dry environment when not in use.

Natural wear and tarnishing are not considered manufacturing defects.
