EU Withdrawal Request

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from most purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason, except where an exemption applies under applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of receiving your order.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, including any insurance, duties, taxes, or other associated charges.

Items should be returned securely packaged and in substantially the same condition as received. The consumer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized for the customer may not be eligible for withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.
