Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of your return request and received in substantially the same condition as delivered.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and securely packaged. Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable insurance, duties, taxes, customs fees, and associated charges. Returns must be sent via USPS or UPS using a trackable shipping service. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for high-value or fragile items. Sacred Goddess Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Items that have been altered, damaged, or used after delivery
- Any products otherwise excluded by law
How to Request a Return
- Log in to your account
- Sign in with your email address — you'll receive a 6-digit verification code to your inbox.
- Select the order you'd like to return.
- Choose the item(s) and select a return reason.
- Submit your request.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions by email.
