Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $150.
For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and value of the package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during large sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer payment plans?

Do crystals have natural imperfections?
Yes. Natural crystals and minerals often contain inclusions, fractures, growth patterns, color variations, and other naturally occurring characteristics. These features are part of the beauty and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
Do I receive the exact item shown?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, you will receive the exact crystal, mineral, carving, or specimen shown in the listing, photos, or videos.
Are your crystals natural?
We specialize in natural crystals, minerals, fossils, and artisan carvings sourced from trusted miners, lapidaries, and artists around the world. Any known treatments or enhancements will be disclosed in the product description whenever possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can assist you.
Do you accept returns?
We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Can I return a custom carving or special order?
No. Custom carvings, personalized items, made-to-order pieces, and special orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun.
